This is a general guideline to help you find your side.

 

WOMEN'S SIZE GUIDE

How to measure 

A    Bust - Measure around your chest at the fullest part of your bra cup.

B    Waist - Measure around your smallest part of your waistline. Above your navel

      and below your rib cage.

C   Hips - Measure 20 cm down from natural waistline. Measure around your hips.

 

MEN'S SIZE GUIDE : SHIRTS/KURTAS

How to measure 

A    Chest - Measure around the fullest part, place the measuring tape close to                under the arms and make sure the tape is flat across the back.

B    Neck - Measure around your neck at the base of the shoulders.
